At Kancheepuram SM Silks, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure premium quality and authenticity. As our products are traditional silk sarees and delicate handcrafted items, we follow a strict return policy.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns in the case of damaged or defective products.
To be eligible for a return:

The issue must be reported within 4 business days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage must be provided.
Requests made after 4 business days from delivery will not be accepted.
